The Gentle Reset Method

A balanced approach to movement and wellbeing. To help you move with greater ease, build confidence in your body and create space for calm in everyday life.

The Approach

The Gentle Reset Method combines gentle yoga, breathwork, relaxation and holistic wellbeing practices to support strength, mobility, balance and calm at every stage of life.

Designed particularly for midlife adults, active older adults and anyone seeking a more supported approach to movement, classes focus on helping you feel better in your body without pressure, intensity or the need to "keep up".

Using elements of Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, breathwork, marma point self-massage and optional essential oils, the aim is simple:

You can attend one class a week, or combine classes to create your own supportive routine.
