Calm Flow
The slowest of all the classes, this practice emphasises breathing techniques and meditation, promoting thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote physical and mental well being. Gentle postures that move with the breath, softening into restorative postures, using props that are provided such as a bolster and blanket to support your comfort and ease into the pose. A meditation and guided breath work, at the latter part of class to disconnect from your senses.
Suitable for all genders and experience; especially those experiencing joint and muscle stiffness, or anyone who needs to take time out for themselves.
