Gentle Reset: Supported Movement

A gentle and accessible class using a chair for support, helping you move safely while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. It's a modified version of traditional yoga that makes the practice more accessible to people with mobility issues, seniors, or those recovering from injuries.

What to expect:

You’ll be guided through:

  • Seated and supported standing movements

  • Gentle strength-building exercises

  • Stretching to ease stiffness

  • Breathwork to support relaxation- includes the same elements as traditional yoga, such as breathing techniques, meditation, and physical poses.

Ideal if you:

  • Are returning after injury or illness

  • Feel unsteady or unsure on your feet

  • Want a more supported way to move

  • Prefer a slower, confidence-building approach
