A gentle and accessible class using a chair for support, helping you move safely while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. It's a modified version of traditional yoga that makes the practice more accessible to people with mobility issues, seniors, or those recovering from injuries.
What to expect:
You’ll be guided through:
Seated and supported standing movements
Gentle strength-building exercises
Stretching to ease stiffness
Breathwork to support relaxation- includes the same elements as traditional yoga, such as breathing techniques, meditation, and physical poses.
