Aromatic Oils
The experience in my yoga classes is enhanced by the soothing presence and use of essential oils. These are delivered, topically; blended in oil to rub into skin and allow the aromas to deepen your meditation and focus of the practice, spritz; added to distilled water and sprayed as an offering as you relax into Savasana, creating a nurturing and restorative environment.
The oils I am offering to purchase will be a blend either:
a one created by Doterra that I will dilute with fractionated coconut oil for you to apply safely eg Serenity
Or
a blend created by myself, using Doterra essential oils, which I will introduce in class over a 2 to 3 week cycle, see if you like it, then purchase to use at home!
The blended oils in pipette bottles will be available in 10 ml bottle at £12 or a 5 ml bottle for £8 and also available in a 10 ml roller ball for £12
The spritz blends will be available in a 50 ml amber glass bottle at £16.
