Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for balance or is done while seated. It's a modified version of traditional yoga that makes the practice more accessible to people with mobility issues, seniors, or those recovering from injuries. Chair yoga includes the same elements as traditional yoga, such as breathing techniques, meditation, and physical poses. I offer this on a pay as you go service in Seghill and New Hartley. Also offering classes within residential care homes.
Aromatic Oils
The experience in my yoga classes is enhanced by the soothing presence and use of essential oils. These are delivered, topically; blended in oil to rub into skin and allow the aromas to deepen your meditation and focus of the practice, spritz; added to distilled water and sprayed as an offering as you relax into Savasana, creating a nuturing and restorative environment.
